Q. What should I wear?

A. Whatever makes you comfortable! OTS will give you the option to change into a robe and slippers upon your arrival.

 

Q. How early should I arrive for my spa treatments?

A. We recommend you arrive at least 20 minutes prior to your treatment time if you do not intend on using our amenities. If you plan on using the Showers and Infrared Sauna prior to your treatment, please plan on arriving at least 45 min prior. All guests will have the opportunity to use the amenities in our locker rooms after their treatments.

 

Q. What if I arrive late or cannot make my scheduled appointment?

A. If you arrive late for your service our technician will be glad to provide as much as the service in the time remaining of your reservation. If you decide to reschedule, you will incur a 50% charge of the service(s). You may then reschedule your appointment within 30days to have the 50% penalty credited to your service.

 

Q. What is the cancellation Policy?

A.We require a minimum of 24hrs notice for cancellations or rescheduling of services to avoid being charged 50% of the service(s). If you do incur the 50% charge, you may reschedule your appointment within 30days to have the 50% penalty credited to your service(s). Clients who do not call to cancel prior to service start time and do not show for their appointment will be charged 100% of the service and the fee is nonrefundable.

 

Q. What amenities do you offer?

A. Our facility has men and women’s locker rooms with showers, Infrared Saunas with color light therapy, and water closets. Each locker room is stocked with towels, body lotions, shampoo, conditioners and other necessary toiletries. Clients are also encouraged to enjoy our herbal teas, fruit infused water and trail mix.

 

Q. Do you take walk-ins

A. We gladly accept walk-ins, if we have a technician available for the requested service. We do recommend you call ahead to check availability and make a reservation.

 

Q. Are children allowed at the spa?

A. To guarantee the tranquility of our spa, children under the age of 10 who are not receiving spa treatments are not permitted in our spa areas.

 

Q. Do prices include gratuity and if not what is an appropriate gratuity?

A. Prices posted on our website do not include gratuity or applicable tax. It is customary to tip 18 to 20 percent of your service fee if you are pleased with your service. All gratuities must be given in the form of cash, check, or cash over on debit. We do accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Personal Checks, and cash for payment of all services.

Q. Do you have a private parking lot?

A. OTS the side does have small private lot located behind the building and parking on South Ave is free. We do suggest that you give yourself a little extra time to find street parking if our lot is full is Thursday through Saturday and weekends leading up to a holiday.

Cell Phones

As a courtesy to all of our guests, please maintain a quiet level of conversation, limiting the use of cell phones to emergencies only.

 

Children

To guarantee the tranquility of our spa to clients, children under the age of 10 who are not receiving spa treatments are not permitted in our spa areas.

 

Reservations

Please call to reserve your appointment in advance. Please note that a credit card number is needed to hold your reservation.

 

Cancellation

We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling of treatments to avoid being charged 50% of the service. If you do incur the 50% charge, you may reschedule your appointment within 30 days to have the 50% penalty credited to your service. If you arrive late for your service, your treatment will end as scheduled.

 

Payment

Cash, Personal Checks, Visa, Mastercard, Debit, and American Express are accepted. Service Fees do not include tax or gratuity. Service fees are subject to change at any time.

 

Gratuities

If you were happy with your services, it is customary to give a 15-20% cash gratuity to your therapist. Small envelopes are available at reception for all gratuities. Gratuities may not be charged to credit cards.

 

Upon Arrival

Your time with us is precious. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your treatment so you have time to relax and unwind.

 

Spa Attire

We want you to be comfortable. Massage services are best received fully undressed, however, if you prefer to remain clothed, undergarments may be worn. Robes and slippers will be provided.

 

Communication

The best treatments require open communication with your therapist. Please let them know your objectives, if you would like attention on a particular area, have any special needs, or any medical conditions or allergies.

 

Same Room Treatment Option

Couples and friends can enjoy their spa experience together in our couples’ treatment room. Please request upon reserving your service. Body Treatments are ineligible to be performed as a couple’s treatment.
