Due to accounting principles and to ensure Gift Cards and E-gift Certificates are not fraudulently used, effective immediately, all On The Side Gift Cards and E-gift Certificates must be physically presented to be used for redemption towards services and products.
If you have an e-gift certificate that gives an error message when attempting to open please call the spa prior to your appointment so that we may assist you with the issue.

On The Side is grateful for all the support our clients have shown us this year and due to the continued support of our clients we ask for your patience when booking spa services.
Due to high demand of Spa Services you may have to schedule your spa service 2-4 weeks in advance for single appointments and 4-8 for multiple appointments for Friday thru Sunday. We will be more than happy to put you on our cancellation list if we do not have the appointment available you were requesting.
